Introduction
The TNO Emission Assessment Model (TEAM) is a tool to generate anthropogenic emission data from various pollutants considering:
- the type of activity,
- the period of emission,
- the technology applied.
The data, reflecting structural emissions,
(incidental emissions from e.g. volcanoes, disasters, military actions or huge vegetation fires are not included)
can be used for e.g.:
- Evaluation studies answering questions like "What has happened and why..?"
- Policy studies answering a question like "What will be / has been the impact of..?"
- Modelling for answering a question like "What is the state or impact of emissions..?"
The finally produced data allows presentation of emissions in a grid, in tables or in graphs.
