Description of the auxiliary database “ReportER_II.mdb” that includes the transformation rules from CORINAR root nomenclatures (SNAP, Pollutant groups, fuels ...) into CRF format.
ReportER II reporting is based on one year emission data inventory stored in the CollectER database version 3
or 4. Within opening the database the version will be checked. If version is not correct opening will be refused. The older database versions (e.g. version 2) must be converted to version 3 after first opening by program CollectER v1.3. This conversion includes adding new pollutants (HFC's, PFC's and SF6), properties modification of some table fields, etc.
Opening the database version 3 (produced by CollectER V1.3) only first two reports are enabled (i.e. UNFCCC CRF and EMEP). Other reports (IPPC, LCP, NACE) require some extended data structure available in the DB version 4 (produced by CollectER II). The ReportER software enables to run all these reports only with database version 4.
